Health and fitness has been an interest of mine for as long as I can remember.
Over the years I owned Time 4 Nutrition, a supplement company, and I also ran the UKBFF South Coast Bodybuilding Championships in Portsmouth for 15 years.
As I've got older, my interests have shifted away from just training and more towards understanding health, nutrition, blood tests, supplements and longevity.
I've spent years reading, listening, questioning and trying things myself. Some things have worked, some haven't, but I've learned a lot along the way.
I created No Comfort Culture simply because I wanted somewhere to share the things I've found interesting and useful. If something I write helps someone else, then that's a bonus.
This isn't about telling people what they should do. It's just a place to share ideas, articles and information that I think are worth reading.
This isn't a website telling you what you should do.
It's simply a collection of articles covering topics that interest me, including nutrition, supplements, hormones, blood testing, exercise and anything else I come across that I think is worth sharing.
Take what you find useful, ignore what you don't, and always make your own decisions.
